All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any items. Exchanges can be evaluated on a case by case basis, but are not guaranteed. We try our best to accurately display and describe every crystal/product through photos and/or video. Customers understand that crystals are naturally formed and will vary in size and shape. Additionally, customers understand that item color can vary slightly due to differences in cameras and screens.
